Important Declaration

Regarding 12A/12AB & 80G Registration

United for Society is presently not registered under Section 12A/12AB and Section 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961, and has not received Form 10AC in respect of such registrations.

1. 1.The Trust shall not claim or avail any tax exemption benefits under Sections 12A/12AB or 80G until registrations are obtained.
2. 2.The Trust shall not represent or promise any tax deduction to any donor during the period such registrations are unavailable.
3. 3.Donors are not eligible to claim any tax deduction on donations unless and until Section 80G registration is granted.
4. 4.Registration certificates (including Form 10AC) shall be provided as and when received from the Income Tax Department.
