Official Declaration
Regarding Section 12A/12AB & 80G Registration
This is to certify that United for Society is presently not registered under Section 12A/12AB and Section 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961, and accordingly has not received Form 10AC in respect of such registrations.
In this regard, we hereby declare the following:
- 1. United for Society shall not claim or avail any tax exemption benefits under Sections 12A/12AB or 80G until the requisite registrations are obtained from the Income Tax Department.
- 2. United for Society shall not represent, advertise, or promise any tax deduction or tax benefit to any donor, contributor, sponsor, or end user in respect of donations made to the organization during the period in which such registrations are not available.
- 3. We understand that donors shall not be eligible to claim any tax deduction on donations made to the organization unless and until registration under Section 80G is granted by the competent authority.
- 4. Registration certificates under Sections 12A/12AB and 80G (including Form 10AC, wherever applicable) shall be provided as and when the organization applies for and receives the same from the Income Tax Department.
